Mysteriously vague project I just found on architecture unfolded's portfolio. It's placed right after (Cityzen and Fernbrook's) Ion Condos, so I assume it's a current proposal (?). Anyone have any info on this potential project?

The yellow townhouses in the rendering matches the ones there in that location on Google Maps. Looks like this should be the proposal.

Yay, more "we'll make a rectangular box interesting by tinkering with the balconies."
 
Sort of reminds me of 1 Bloor East, in terms of the approach to the balconies.
 
Queensgate appears to be a pure suburban low-rise house builder with no notable, previous condo experience. This is a pretty lame design at the moment but tolerable in context of its location. And is still decent height and infill.

not that I want to keep any building on Shuter street, but can't they develop downtown's largest parking lot just on the other side of the street before demolishing existing buildings?
That parking lot looks like it is for Disneyland, not in downtown of a major city.

there is another big lot just west of it by Church as well.
 
These look a lot like Georgian townhouses. The one on the left, having been buchered, may be demolished.

Though they aren't the most attractive buildings, it's a shame as their demolition will mean the further fragmentation of whatever heritage is left in the area.
