There's a new development that's becoming the talk of UrbanToronto's forum. It is confirmed that Lormel Homes has plans to develop 2376-2388 Dundas St. West, just north of the Crossroads Complex at Bloor Street. The renderings we see here depict the proposed development upon completion.

The site, which is currently a parking lot, would become condominium residences with some on-street retail.  Measuring 63,000 square feet in size, the site runs east from Dundas to the railway tracks. City Councillor Gord Perks wrote briefly in his blog about Lormel Homes' plans for this new development.

"Representatives from Urban Strategies Inc., and Lormel Homes will be providing a presentation and answering questions about their development plans. Currently, plans for the site propose a mixed us development with a 29 story tower, 3 story podium and an 8 story building."

Google Maps pinpoints the site's location and current appearance at the A.
