Last week we were happy to be able to announce the launch of the new Spectra condos. Today we are able to show work already underway in this photo by UrbanToronto member Red Mars.

Early excavation and shoring work has begun for it and Quartz, the tower that will share this block with Spectra. Spectra, at 39 storeys, and Quartz at 41 storeys were both designed by Raw Design.

These are the next phases at CityPlace, the large community occupying the former rail lands, which has been developed by Concord Adex.
