Summer is finally here and what better to way to celebrate by attending a topping off ceremony. Next Tuesday we will be attending the topping off for the new Four Seasons Hotel and Private Residences Toronto. Today's Photo Of The Day, taken by Urban Toronto forum member androiduk, shows the 55 storey hotel and condo as it appears from south Rosedale.

Developed by the partnership of Lifetime Developments, Menkes and Alcion Ventures, the two tower project (second tower being 26 storeys) was designed by architectsAlliance along with Page + Steele Architects.
