The new Four Seasons Hotel and Residences is breaking records in a number of ways. First is from a height perspective. In Today's Photo Of The Day, taken from Front and Church, we see it is now the tallest building at Yonge and Bloor. And it still has a few floors to go. This record will remain for only a few years until One Bloor takes over.

The other record is from a financial perspective. Word on the Urban Toronto forum is that the top floor penthouse has sold for a staggering $28 million dollars which, if true, is a record for Toronto condos. For that amount you get the three bedroom, 9,038 square foot unit on the 55th level of the building.

Here's the floorplan for that unit.

And here's the rendering of the final look for the building.
