Tridel's fifth and last phase at Essex, its condominium community by Kipling subway station, is the 36-storey Parc Nuvo. The tower, designed by Graziani + Corazza, moves away from the mostly brick facade and slab designs of the first four towers, to a tall glass and spandrel point tower for Essex's skyline peak.
