Over the last week a number of UrbanToronto members have snapped photos from many different angles of The Uptown Condos, a building which marks developer Pemberton's first foray into high-end residential construction, and which is starting to evidence the dramatic setbacks of its Art Deco inspired exterior.

Now that Uptown is rising above its neighbour Crystal Blu, the first Toronto condo by Bazis International, eyes seem to be turning upwards all over the uptown core to reassess this tower. Compare this dark and mysterious locale of the original render with the shots below, and you will see the details of the tower still to come:
