UrbanToronto member Solaris got this image of the second phase of West Harbour City, designed by Quadrangle Architects, while speeding past on the Gardiner. The 28 storey tower's pre-cast cladding now rises to the top of the structure, while glazing continues about half way up. A third phase of the Plazacorp development on Fleet Street west of Bathurst is currently in design and development.
