    Project is moving fast now, just picked out my interior upgrades, etc...so many choices of countertops, cabinets, fixtures...incredible, never seen a presale project with so many choices of flooring, countertops, etc...

    Hi seastar, did they call or send you a letter with your appointment date? And where did you do your selection? An agent previously said the interior upgrades/choices will be off-site (?) Thanks in advance.

    I'm not picking on this project specifically as I understand this is becoming the industry standard and the look is deemed fashionable but honestly, that is what passes for a kitchen today? Those familiar with the evolution of apartment kitchen design in the city will know what I am talking about when I say the kitchen posted has the functionality and a similar look to standard off-the-shelf linear kitchens installed in the late 1970's.

    I like everything except for the ugly light fixture in the bathroom.

    The kitchens are small but that seems to be the norm nowadays.
