I heard it's before December for #39 and early next year for Pier 27 at 29 Queens Quay. Also, builder is supposedly going to give at least 21 days notice to homeowners.

The source for above is a homeowner who spoke to a builder's rep...There are purchasers in both Phase 1 & 2 that have been paying rent for over a year; hopefully, registration will come sooner...
 
Apparently registration has just started in the 39 Queen's Quay East building, with 29 to start in the new year.
