Hello to all forum members,

I think it would be somewhat of a cool idea to have a meet-up of a social for all the current and active members of UT Forum.

Ideally, I will select a venue in a convenient part of the city and most likely an informal gathering where we can discuss ideas, share opinions and meet people in real life, especially in the post - COVID era.

The frequency would be perhaps once every 2 months or so.

Share your thoughts with everyone all opinions and suggestions are welcomed.

I went with quarterly. I think it is the most realistic.

Bi-monthly is often contentious to use as it can mean both every other month (which I think you mean) or twice monthly.

I agree with quarterly! so in total, it will be 4 meetups per year!

Bi-monthly means it will be 6 meetups per year!

I figure the number is quite high lately due to the constant weather changes & also it's self-explanatory if one is sick...one should stay home and rest.

I just don't know if I can manage to reach this parallel post-COVID universe. Maybe if the weather is favourable.

If it is held in the spring, then it could be held outdoors. I did get my fifth Covid19 vaccination on the weekend but that's largely because I am living on the edge and taking some 10hr plus flights and a two week cruise in a few weeks. I've also been known to run with scissors and swim right after eating.
