The site on Yonge next to North44 that is under construction is leased to Mexx/Lizz.

Did it just get leased recently, explaining why they started construction ??

That Yonge\Eglinton Mexx site was leased a while ago. The huge Queen St. W Mexx store is available for sublease.

Bank of Montreal is finally getting a ground level space in the Manulife Centre at Bay & Bloor. They were previously hidden away on the 2nd floor. They'll be taking the spaces on the east side of the main lobby previously occupied by TIFF, Ticlio and the furriers.

The LCBO at Spadina & King is moving along quickly, with most of the brick work completed.

Burberry's on Bloor is now open.

There's a new Mendocino opening at the Holt Renfrew Centre where the Science City used to be. I think it might be a new concept store, since the sign says M by (for?) Mendocino.

The new Bang & Olufsen store at Avenue Rd. & Davenport. This should be a very striking store when finished.

Roots has forsaken it's roots and left one of it's oldest locations at Avenue Rd. near Davenport. In it's place near Yorkville is a much needed Cosmetic surgery clinic.
