Dude needs to find other things to do with his time. He's ranting about ducting and a screen. The developer would just pay a fine if the bylaw doesn't allow for these structures to exceed the posted allowable height. Good chance it does allow them.

There are reason a nutjob can't just walk into City Hall and see the building plans.
