It would be stupid and shortsighted not to have a station entrance through this building.

So, it is pretty much guaranteed that there will not be a station entrance.
 
Thanks to the thread bump, I now realize that the Assembly Hall on the 4th floor of this structure is meant to be multi-purpose and presumably semi-public.

In other words, the new building will have the capability to host event spaces.

This could become a good location for municipal staff (and whomever else) to host future community meetings and consultations in the Yonge+Eglinton area.

A tower crane has been install to start work on Crosstown ventilation shaft and other requirement. Work will proceed with the rebuilding of the church.
