1 November 2013: It's a poor man's version of 650 King West I've decided. It's grey and it looks greyer on a grey November morning. Which got this NimbyTect thinking: what about a "proper" gun metal grey tower that is 100% chic and modern?

From NimbyTect World HQ, a grey-coloured building isn't necessarily a bad thing; rather, a cheaply-designed grey building is!

That South Street Burger always looks pretty empty. With the Stockyards, one block away, clearly stealing the show in the area I'm not sure why they even try.

A good addition to St Clair. That area could use a few more like this (Nest, Hungarian etc).
