Panorama Condos (Concord CityPlace) - Real Estate -

If the windows are good, you should only hear street noise when they're open. I live in the area, and I don't even know the Gardiner is there when my windows are closed. Different story sitting on the balcony though!

hi guys, just wanted to share some of my pics with you on my unit. Looking forward to moving in first week of June.

Network wiring

Does anyone know what type of wiring is used for the network? Cat5, Cat5e or Cat6

I'm assuming it is at least Cat5e?

Thanks for sharing the pictures! You have truly great home. Lovely balcony, view, the kitchen.

terrific photos. your unit looks very nice. I think that condos along the Gardiner really changes how people see that highway. Driving along Lakeshore under the Gardiner all the way from Cherry to Bathurst, it almost feels protective, and the background noise of cars really is more of a white noise. It has a kind of nature analogy, but a city's nature. I'm warming to the idea that something useful (basketball, tennis courts, skateparks, linear parks) can be done with spaces under the Gardiner.

Also, referring to the Lakeshore-Bathurst photo a few back -- that stretch would be much less intimidating if they put a 6-ft landscaped median. It would be less imposing to pedestrians and probably wouldn't require removing lanes.

Wow that is nice. Except, why did they cheap out and not paint the undersides of the balconies? Looks crappy!

looks good!!

look much bigger than the 672 sq ft that it is.. must be the openness of the kitchen and living/dining and the high ceilings.. my wife would love the size of your pantry!! :p

congrats!

it's capable of gigabit LAN so not sure it matters :)

very true.. i feel like i'm on a beach :) with waves crashing.. heheh.. except for the occasional ambulance/fire/police trying to navigate through the gardiner during the rush hour - you tend to hear the sirens for quite some time..

Thank you for the pictures. Did your unit come with the rolling cart under the counter? We had our PDI last week and our unit was missing one so it was noted in the PDI. Also, we tested the outlets and discovered the outlets in the bedroom had no power.

thanks for sharing the wonderful pics. Your unit looks really nice, especially the kitchen .... looks amazing. I thought it was a 800+ sq ft place until i read the following comments. congrats.

STUNNING unit. I love everything about it. The kitchen is a particular standout. I am so excited for your move :)

wow I can't believe this is a Cityplace unit. I absolutely love it! Congrats!! :) I used to live in N1 and the finishes there weren't anywhere close to your unit.
