finally some good news.. isn't PCL same constuction group contracted for Maple Leaf Sq downtown?
 
Ron_Von_Doom, I'm not sure if I can sell it or not, since I'm purchasing it under First Home Buyer plan.

Is there anyone know if they start digging yet???

Yorkland seems to be ahead so far in the game - Emerald however seems to slacking for some reason - i am sure everyone else was expecting more momentum than there is actually happening at the site for Emerald.
 
Final release of tower one at emerald city

I am interested by the special 10% down.
However, the 1 bedroom from $309,900.
I think it is a lot more expensive than when it is first released.
What do you guys think?
 
That's like about 20% return in 1.5 years. What's the likelihood the value will fall? Looking at the trend how price go up quickly on pre-construction condo, why don't a lot of people invest their money in pre-construction condo? It's like almost guarantee they will make a good return. Just a thought.
