I really like that there's going to be a little more employment space in this location. With all of the condos going up nearby this should help to keep the area a bitmore mixed-use in nature. Seems perfectly scaled for the area as well.

i think its going to be a very beautiful building when its done. the facade has an extraordinary amount of depth. it kind of reminds me of that fantastic building on Mt. Pleasant at Summerhill....in my view, creating depth and shadow in this way is not done nearly enough!

NO. I'll say it again: Not every single square inch of downtown needs a tower, and it's far from a missed opportunity when small gems of projects aren't constructed with towers sticking out of them.
