Well we knew the province was broke. This is still annoying however.Gross operating expenses of ECLRT, FWLRT, SELRT will be $214 Million per year, to be paid by City of Toronto. Some of this will be offset by not having to run buses on those routes.
Net financial impact of ECLRT is $39 Million per year.
