LOL Koops... inspired by the skin RTH should have had, and added some kind of vertical version the Bird of Paradise plant bursting up and out the "leaves"
A Place to Grow is just a dumb DoFo joke, but when this is completed all the supertall/too many boxes discussions should be muted for a while. Working on the $890 million I need to get it started ;-)
I know I could sell this in China but North America could be tough. All floor plans underway (not).
