Ya they sold out over long weekend on Sunday I think. Went in to see whats up, friend there said all gone to a few agents. Avg was 725/ sq ft. 48 units. wasnt advertised because it was sold probably before they even released the units.

this is sooo true. Cheap materials, installed by cheap contractors who can not follow instructions and cut corners. From what I know the same contractors who installed the piping at RoCP are working on AURA. I expect the building to start falling apart after about 4-5 years of being registered.

Ya they had a special meeting on Tuesday for brokers who sold in AURA @ DNA3 and that is when they released the info. They were waiting for that occasion, because it was invite only.

I recall when I came to Toronto 11 years ago from NYC. Downtown after 6pm was a ghost town with parking lots everywhere. It is really nice to see it developing and having people walking around. Bay street is particularly quiet on Sat and Sunday am/ afternoon. Almost doesnt feel like a big city...
