They’re well onto the 2nd storey of this building really can’t wait to see it come together. Along with the Broadview hotel restoration it will be a landmark building for riverside and a welcome reprieve from the crap streetcar built at baseball place to the west

Just walked past this development and the elevator shafts are approx 6 stories tall already but rendering is like a 3 storey building… anybody know what’s changed here? Is a TOC going up without anybody knowing? Lol

Really hope this comes to life and redeems streetcar from the sins of their baseball place mess! They did a great job of the Broadview hotel remake so this is totally within the realm of possible for them. Gooooo Streetcar! I could see myself buying a unit here!

Our unit had a zillion flaws in it and the service was pretty poor... But after pushing things forward it is getting done and I'm becoming pleased... Its sad that you can get better service at McDonalds though. This company is growing a little too quick as it is evident that they're...

The photos the other member attached herein are quite good...The space between the fridge is a 5 minute fix and the rest of the place including the floors looks fantastic! I do agree that the filler on the tub is mis-matched... My only words of caution are to contain the complaints to streetcar...
