There are 3 towers totaling more than 2,100 units between 10 York and Harbour plaza + 1 new office tower going up right now in the area. Given the limited retail choice in this neck of the woods, I wouldn't be surprised if this stretch gets busy - unless we are blessed with another drycleaner...

Went to the sales centre over the week end. All west and south facing units are already sold out. The project is 75% sold. Phase 2 and 3 (located east of this project) are coming up next
