No, as I understand it'll be reopening eventually. The building was literally condemned and a lot of structural work had to be done, hence the (temporary) closing.
I understand that Starbucks are NOT moving back into the King/George building - where interior work continues, VERY slowly.
 
Interesting that they choose olde timey lettering appropriate for the old National Hotel facade. Too bad NOW OPEN is not in olde timey too.

The black sign visible beneath the "K" of Starbucks is the Starbucks Reserve logo, which I guess means they carry some specialty coffees. Very tiny store, though.
