Spare and elegantly proportioned, 455 Adelaide refreshes the urban streetscape with a building that is both radically contemporary and respectful of its site.

What attracted us to this project in the first place was its central location, right across from a city park, with two strong frontages on Adelaide Street and on Morrison,” says Peter Freed. “So we used that natural L-shape as a stepping-off point for the building’s unique design.”
