Mattamy Homes brought together more than 200 guests on Saturday, September 20, for a lively Block Party at its Mile & Creek condominium community in Milton’s Cobban neighbourhood. The celebration showcased the growing five-building development while coinciding with a limited-time Flash Sale across Mattamy’s Halton condominium projects, offering attendees an opportunity to secure new homes while building a sense of community.

Suites range from one- to three-bedroom layouts, with pricing starting in the mid-$400,000s. Their interiors emphasize natural light, modern finishes, and views of surrounding green spaces. Move-ins are already underway in Phase 1, while Phase 2 is on track for occupancy this November as finishing work and landscaping wrap up on site.
