Mattamy Homes is offering a more attainable path to home ownership across the GTA with its Choose Your Move incentive, now available at BLVD Q in Toronto, ClockWork 4 in Oakville, and The Laurels in Milton. Construction is also progressing on both BLVD Q and the ClockWork community. Designed to make purchasing more accessible, the program provides more options for buyers looking to secure a home in well-connected and developing neighbourhoods.
The Choose Your Move program offers two flexible paths toward ownership, giving purchasers the ability to customize their buying experience to their financial needs. Buyers looking for a gradual approach can choose a monthly deposit structure tied to the suite type. At the same time, those seeking immediate savings can opt for a 5% reduction on the purchase price. The first option also includes an additional 3% discount, helping buyers ease into home ownership with smaller, more manageable payments from the point of sale through to occupancy. These tactical sales strategies allowed Mattamy to persevere through a challenging market, placing them as the top builder by volume of sales in Q1 2025.
At 935 The Queensway in South Etobicoke, BLVD Q is taking shape as a 10-storey mixed-use condominium designed by TACT Architecture. It will bring 210 residential suites along with retail at grade to the growing area. With interiors by Mason Studio and landscaping by NAK Design Strategies, BLVD Q is set to offer fitness amenities, co-working spaces, and outdoor terraces, all within easy reach of the transit, major highways and Pearson Airport.
Construction has been progressing since the ground breaking last fall, with excavation now complete and forming underway at the underground levels following the installation of the crane. Situated just east of Islington Avenue, residents will have quick access to the Gardiner Expressway, with short distances to Sherway Gardens, Mimico GO station, and a range of parks and trails along Lake Ontario. Occupancy is targeted for 2027.
In Oakville’s Upper Joshua Creek community, ClockWork 4 continues Mattamy’s vision for a modern, masterplanned neighbourhood at Dundas Street East and William Cutmore Boulevard. Designed by KNYMH Inc. with landscape design by NAK Design Strategies, ClockWork 4 will rise 12 storeys and deliver 143 condominium suites, contributing to a community that includes multiple residential phases, parks, and amenities. Residents can access fitness and yoga spaces, maker's space, co-working lounges, and a pet wash station.
Construction momentum is visible across the community, where the third phase has reached the second floor with two cranes active on site. ClockWork 4, as part of the next phase of development, will add even more housing options near the neighbourhood’s scenic trails and natural spaces with nearby shopping and urban services. ClockWork also offers connections to major highways, schools, and recreational amenities.
In Milton’s Boyne neighbourhood, The Laurels offers another opportunity for modern living framed by natural surroundings.
Located at the northwest corner of Regional Road 25 and Britannia Road, the community is designed by Core Architects, with landscaping by The MBTW Group, and interiors by figure3 Interior Design. The Laurels will feature geothermal heating and cooling systems, energy recovery ventilators, and access to nearby conservation areas and trails.
