Just under two years after CentreCourt’s high-profile launch event at Massey Hall, construction is now above grade at Kipling Station Condos in Etobicoke's Six Points area. Following site clearnace in July, 2024 and ground breaking the following month, the 50-storey mixed-use tower designed by B+H Architects is rising just steps north of Kipling station with its TTC, GO, and MiWay transit services.

Recent work follows a minor variance approved in October 2024, which authorized reduced ground-floor height and bicycle parking widths.
Captured in December, 2024, this drone image shows the crane mast that was installed the month before rising up out of view to the photo's right side, while the while the foundation walls are covered in a bold orange tarp below. Within the walls, the concrete slab for the second and lowest underground parking level is poured. Rakers support the walls at each corner.

Taken early this month, this ground-level view captures the early stages of ground floor columns where rebar emerges from the floor below. Construction crews are seen working atop wooden forms for the floor slab, before a rebar mesh is created around which liquid concrete will be poured. Steel rebar rods are what gives concrete much of its strength.

The west end of the site is being used for the staging of materials before they are moved into place.

In this recent southeast-facing view, work on the ground floor slab and vertical structure is well underway. Concrete walls have been poured southeast of the crane. In the centre, a freshly poured elevated slab is framed by formwork, with rebar projecting where columns will eventually be formed. The concrete boom pump is active to the west, guided by construction crew members.

Viewed from the west side of the site looking east, cement mixer trucks are delivering cement mix to the boom pump. Ground level structural walls and formwork are visible to the right.

Once complete, the tower is planned to reach 159m and contain 563 condominium units.
