Owning a home in the Greater Toronto Area has become increasingly unattainable for many, but Mattamy Homes is stepping up to make the dream more accessible with an incentive program at two new developments. The Laurels in Milton and ClockWork 4 in Oakville represent the latest launches in Mattamy’s GTA Urban Division. To address affordability challenges, Mattamy has created the “Choose Your Move” program to provide flexible purchasing options, allowing buyers to take their first step toward homeownership in these communities.

Mattamy Homes’ “Choose Your Move” program is designed to make the path to homeownership more attainable by offering flexible solutions. Available for a limited time at both The Laurels in Milton and ClockWork 4 in Oakville, the program allows purchasers to choose between two innovative options. The first option provides immediate savings with a 5% reduction on the home’s purchase price. For those looking for a manageable way to secure their future home, the second option introduces a monthly deposit structure with payments tailored by suite type, ranging from $1,250 to $2,150, along with an additional 3% discount on the purchase price.

This program addresses the financial challenges of entering the housing market. The monthly deposit structure, for instance, replaces large upfront costs with predictable payments, running from the point of sale until the scheduled occupancy in 2027. Whether prioritizing immediate savings or manageable payments, “Choose Your Move” provides an incentive to make ownership in these communities a reality.

“At Mattamy Homes, we are committed to helping more people achieve the dream of homeownership. With our 'Choose Your Move' program at ClockWork 4 and The Laurels, our goal is to provide solutions that empower our purchasers with choice,” said Quinn Samardzic, Vice President of Marketing for Mattamy’s GTA Urban Division. “By offering flexible options — such as immediate savings or a manageable monthly deposit structure — we’re making it easier for prospective homeowners to take their first steps toward owning property.”

The Laurels offers modern living alongside nature in Milton's growing Boyne neighbourhood. Located at Britannia Road and Regional Road 25, this masterplanned community will offer a mix of residential and retail spaces. The Laurels’ south block leads the way with the first of eight planned buildings, a 14-storey, 216-suite building designed by Core Architects, featuring three retail units at grade. Over time, the broader Laurels plan will introduce a collection of buildings across the site ranging from 10 to 15 storeys.

Residents will enjoy the benefits of geothermal heating and cooling systems, along with energy recovery ventilators (ERVs) for added efficiency and comfort. Carefully chosen materials, such as brick finishes and copper-coloured panelling, contribute to both the design’s aesthetic appeal and environmental consciousness. Beyond its architecture, residents will be surrounded by greenery, walking trails, and conservation areas, thanks to the development’s proximity to Milton’s Natural Heritage System.

ClockWork 4 brings a fresh perspective to modern living in Oakville, forming the next phase of the Upper Joshua Creek community, located at Dundas Street East and William Cutmore Boulevard. ClockWork 4 is part of a larger, multi-phased masterplanned development that includes seven residential buildings, with this phase contributing a 12-storey structure designed by KNYMH, housing 178 units.

ClockWork's architecture is contemporary in style, boasting a dark brick exterior complemented by warm wood and neutral tones. Inside, ClockWork will offer open-concept layouts, premium finishes, and smart home technology. Residents will have access to amenities from fitness and yoga spaces to co-working lounges and a pet wash station. The site offers easy access, both to scenic trails and parks, and urban conveniences.
