Daylight drops over the recently completed first phase of the Schwartz Reisman Innovation Centre on College Street, the latest addition to the University of Toronto's St George Campus, in this image by UrbanToronto Forum contributor Rivenbourn. Demolition of the 1930-built Banting Institute building to the east of it is to start shortly to allow the expansion of Schwartz Reisman with a second phase that will be about twice the size of the first, mirroring its truncated, double-pyramidal form, but quite a bit taller. The complex's unique design is by Weiss/Manfredi Architects of New York working with Teeple Architects of Toronto.
