The Queensway, a bustling corridor in south Etobicoke, is witnessing a surge in reinvestment. The latest revitalization of the area is promised by Mattamy Homes, having recently unveiled plans for BLVD Q, a condominium building designed by TACT Architecture and located on The Queensway a block east of Islington Avenue.

BLVD Q is set to stand at 11 storeys and reach a height of 41.33m, housing 210 suites. The design, characterized with a modern flair, aims to blend the charm of South Etobicoke neighbourhoods with urban sophistication, joining other nearby residential projects in enhancing the walking, shopping, and dining culture of nearby blocks with shops and eating establishments at grade level.

BLVD Q's interiors are designed to balance comfort and sophistication. Bright, open living spaces will be flooded with natural sunlight, ensuring residents enjoy a seamless connection between indoor and outdoor living.

Residents will have access to three levels of expansive amenities. These include a state-of-the-art fitness centre, an entertainment lounge for hosting gatherings, a private dining room for more intimate occasions, and an outdoor terrace offering panoramic views of Lake Ontario and South Etobicoke.

The functional design extends to the kitchens and spa-like bathrooms. Bedrooms, inspired by the elements of nature nearby, offer a serene retreat from the bustling city.

Strategically positioned in proximity to key transit points, BLVD Q benefits from these services. While TTC buses ply The Queesnway right outside the door, and Islington Avenue just a short walk to the west, the site is also less than 2km from the Mimico GO station, offering easy transit options for commuters. For drivers, the Gardiner Expressway is just 300m south, ensuring quick access to Downtown Toronto and beyond.

BLVD Q will come to market this fall with a starting price in the high $400,000s. The mid-rise building represents Mattamy's approach to balancing value, style, and amenities, providing quality housing options that cater to a diverse range of preferences and needs.
