160 Front West is the latest office tower under construction in Downtown Toronto. Once completed, it will expand the Financial Core's footprint and impact of the skyline another block to the west, and in fact this is the second day in a row for this building to be featured in this spot as a daytime shot of lower, already glazed floors, was yesterday's Daily Photo.
In this drone image by UrbanToronto Forum contributor Dustin William, the freshly curing concrete of the BMU (building maintenance unit) Mezzanine shines under floodlights on a recent evening. Two levels above the 46th "top" floor that the average person will be able to access, this 48th level is the actually last floor to be poured. The curving roof of this AS + GG-designed building will eventually peak another 32.2 metres higher.
