I was thinking drone footage too. But the CN Tower in proximity to this building at that angle with a good zoom lens would likely create a simailar effect.

This is the kind of sarcasm I like to promote here though. I always try to throw some in where I can, usually at a design team's expense
And for the record, I do believe it was a drone haha. The main observation deck is quite a bit higher than the lower-angle shot, and there are no elevators that face that direction
