The Residences at Central Park – a new condominium and office community – will soon rise at the east end of Toronto's Bayview Village neighbourhood. Located right by Leslie subway station and the relocated Oriole GO station, and just across the Don River from the northwest corner of Leslie Street and Sheppard Avenue East, the 12-acre, master-planned development is being developed by Amexon Development Corporation.

The first and second phases, as well as the office building, will feature an incredibly unique 'backyard' — the Don Valley. The master-planned community will embrace one of Toronto's greatest features, its extensive ravine park system, with its network of walking and cycling trails that lead all the way downtown, and to the lakefront.

Designed by Core Architects, the project will consist of four condominium towers – three towers connected by a podium and another standing on its own – plus another residential mid-rise building, and 320,000 ft² of newly designed creative office space. All of the community's towers will be arranged around a central, three-acre urban park which will offer year-round outdoor event programming, supported by ground floor retail and restaurants.

The community will also feature a new interior road system which underground garages will connect to, where electric vehicle charging will be available at every spot. In addition, a pedestrian tunnel will connect the first and second phases of the development so that residents can easily access all amenities without having to head outdoors if the weather's not great.

The presentation centre, built to last and pictured in the model below to the left, will become an event venue once all of the suites in the community have been sold.

The development is situated near both existing and future transit at its southwest end, which will become a new hub, of sorts.

The property is located just off of Sheppard Avenue across from Leslie subway station.

Oriole GO station, currently located just off of the 401, is being relocated so that it is also across the street from Central Park, and will offer residents the convenience of getting to and from downtown in just 20 minutes, with no other stops between Oriole and Union Station.

For those who choose to drive, the site is also just minutes away from Highways 401, 404, and the Don Valley Parkway.
