Recently topping off at its final height of nine storeys, 346 Davenport has been under construction on Davenport Road south of Dupont Street in Toronto's Annex neighbourhood since shoring commenced in February of 2020. The Freed Developments and Trolleybus Urban Development Inc. boutique condo is seeing glazing applied to its exterior.

With architecture by RAW Design, the 30-unit condo will have retail at its base behind curtainwall glazing, while the upper storeys will feature a mix of stone, ceramic tile, and metal panel cladding in shades of cream.

As for now, though, the window wall system is currently being put in place, consisting of clear and translucent glass, back-painted glass spandrel panels, and louvers. The spandrel panels are sporting a lighter tint of the green aluminum roofing panels of the building next to it (as seen in the first image in this article).

Glazing progress has reached the top levels on the east and west facing sides of the building, with a handful of panels still remaining to be installed. Sections of insulated wall panels with white vapour barrier on them will eventually have masonry applied to them, which in renderings of the building appears to be a stone with marble-like veining.
