Madison Group is preparing for the official sales launch of ALiAS Condos at the end of February. In advance, the developer has released a new rendering of what will be the lobby of the 45-storey, 546-unit residential tower to be situated around the southwest corner of Church and Richmond Streets in Downtown Toronto.
Appointed by Studio Munge, we can see from the rendering that the double-height lobby will have a very rich and opulent feel, featuring elaborate, warm furnishings.
Madison told UrbanToronto that the lobby will be, "defined by strict contemporary lines juxtaposed against rebellious design motifs." Above the monolithic reception desk, will be a hand-blown Baccarat for Chrome Hearts crystal chandelier that will illuminate the ribbed texture concrete walls, and butterflied marble floors.
Beyond the 24 hour concierge service, residents will be able to enjoy over 18,000ft² of indoor and outdoor amenities, including a rooftop patio and lounge area, a co-working coffee bar, a children’s jungle gym and movie room, a pet spa, and more.
The interiors of the condo will pair nicely with the building's exterior. Designed by Teeple Architects with Turner Fleischer Architects as Architect of Record, the tower will stand out from the area's skyline with its scattered, gold-coloured window frames, popping on a neutral background like bubbles rising in a champagne flute, catching the light, and sparkling amidst the city skyline.
