Madison Group won a number of major awards at the Nationals 2022 New Home Sales and Marketing Awards that was recently held in Orlando, Florida. The National Association of Home Builders (NAHB) honours the best in the building industry across North America — including home builders, developers, associates, and consultants for their "determination, integrity, creativity, and endurance" and this year, the NAHB National Sales and Marketing Council has honoured Madison Group with a total of three awards.
A diverse panel of industry professionals selected the 2022 Award winners from almost 1,200 entries. The most impressive award that Madison Group picked up was a gold for 'Best Design Center.' Designed by DK Studio Architects, Madison's design studio is located on Rimrock Road, nestled between Sheppard Avenue West and Allen Road. The studio features a Chanel-esque, black and white colour palette, offering clean lines, and spotlights that shift the focus onto the hardware and finishes being offered by the developer.

Why did Madison Group create this new design studio? "Together through the collaboration with DK Studio Architects, we conceptualized a new and exciting design studio that was reflective of a retail space," David Singer, Vice President of Low Rise Communities told UrbanToronto. "With the understanding that the needs of our purchases are always evolving, we wanted to create a unique and elevated experience that continues to inspire our homeowners."
Josh Zagdanski, Vice President of High-Rise added, "This award is meaningful to us because we believe it is a testament to the elevated customer experience Madison Group delivers. There was a lot of hard work and passion from the team that went into creating a space that was representative of what the Madison brand stands for."
The gold award was not the only one that Madison Group scooped up — two silver awards were also won by the developer. Silver Award Winners are the top vote recipients in each category and are the finalists for the Gold Award. Madison Group won silver in the following two categories for The Capitol Residences;
- Best Direct Mail Program
- Best Email Marketing/Web Banners/Media Ads
