In the heart of Midtown Toronto, a couple blocks from the corner of Yonge and Eglinton, KG Group's E18HTEEN Erskine has been recognized with two of FRPO (Federation of Rental-housing Providers of Ontario) most prestigious MAC awards: Rental Development of the Year, and Customer Service Award of Excellence.
FRPO MAC Awards is the largest event of its kind in Canada, recognizing excellence in rental housing and honouring the leaders of the industry. Designed by Kirkor Architects Planners, the project was selected from numerous entries, an acknowledgment of the community’s winning combination of luxury 5-star amenities and resident services in a superior location.

“We’ve been building and managing properties in the Toronto region for over 40 years and in every one of our over 2,000 rental apartment suites, we aim to offer our residents a truly curated lifestyle," said Dianna Attar, VP of Leasing and Marketing at KG Group, the private Toronto real estate company behind the project. "At E18HTEEN Erskine we’ve worked hard to provide the best possible overall experience in rental living and we thank FRPO for recognizing the outstanding result.”
The building offers a bustling urban neighbourhood, unique suite elements, and amenities that cater to the wellness, social, and pet desires of its residents. A total of 315 suites deliver unobstructed views of downtown, Lake Ontario, and North Toronto, from the Yonge and Eglinton area, just steps from restaurants, shopping, parks, and the Eglinton transit hub.
Residents of E18HTEEN Erskine have access to multiple amenities including a chef’s kitchen, a private dining room, a bistro with an outdoor BBQ terrace, a fireplace lounge, a zen garden, and a dynamic co-working studio.
