Metroview Developments' second condominium project in its Yonge Series — four buildings all fronting Yonge Street between Highway 7 and Major Mackenzie Drive in Richmond Hill — is Y9825. Renderings of the building's indoor and outdoor amenities have recently been released, and offer a sneak peek into some of the project's unique features.

The Wallman Architects-designed Y9825 will stand 22 storeys tall, and be home to 451 units, with both condominium and townhouse suites available. Amenities have been designed by interior design firm Truong Ly Design

Interior amenities will begin on the first floor, and include a co-working lounge with a fireplace, a multimedia room and recording studio, an executive meeting room, a children’s playroom, and a fitness centre.

The multimedia room and recording studio is designed to be ideal for taking virtual meetings or recording such things as podcasts, while the fitness centre will have large windows for plenty of natural light, and doors that can open to the outdoors for fresh air.

The building will also boast a 24-hour concierge service, high-speed elevators with custom designed cabs, as well as "Y-fi" internet access supplied by Metroview in all common spaces.

Amenities will continue on top of the seventh floor podium, which will be home to three indoor social lounges and a party room, while just steps outside — on the rooftop of the same level — there will be cabana lounges with front row views of the in-ground water lounge and barbecue area.

The party room lounge will feature SkyCity Windows’ folding bi-fold doors that will open wide, similar to those of the ground floor fitness centre for an indoor-outdoor experience.

On the same level as the outdoor lounges, there will be a rooftop basketball court, track, and an outdoor gym, all offering panoramic views of the surroundings.

A Metroview-designed and constructed park will take form on the north side of the building, as part of the developer's dedication to grow the streetscape in the area. The park, called, "YPark" will be privately owned but be publicly accessible, and will be nestled between Y9825 and its future neighbour to the north, Y9929.

Y9825 will also have underground parking, locker access, and bicycle storage.
