There is a new condo starting to grow in downtown Toronto’s Garden District. Dream Unlimited's Ivy Condos is now well under construction at 69 Mutual Street, with the RAW-designed building starting to rise from the bottom of its excavation, working towards a final height of  102 metres and 32-storeys. Recently, the project hit a construction milestone when its crane was installed at the end of August.

Since then, progress has been made, with the first of three parking levels starting to take shape. We can see part of a ramp starting to take form in one of the corners of the pit, where the first walls walls have already been formed. Towards the centre of the pit, we can also see the elevator core forming beside the base of the crane. Rebar can be seen extending from the reinforced concrete walls of P3 along the pit's sides, waiting to be tied into the next level when work on P2 starts. In the meantime, forming is just getting going along the south side of the pit.

Upon completion, Ivy Condos will boast 235 units ranging in area from from 465 to 861ft², with interiors designed by Dochia Interior Design
