Last month, we took our first look at the marketing material for 8 Wellesley Residences at Yonge, a new condo project in Downtown Toronto from the team of CentreCourt and Bazis. After getting a taste of the 55-storey condominium tower's design by IBI Group, more marketing visuals are providing a closer look at the building planned to rise steps from Wellesley subway station.
A video by marketing firm Montana Steele highlights the building's signature architectural features, capturing both the sloping east elevation that towers over Yonge—and designed in response to the City's angular plane requirements—while also capturing dramatic views of cantilevers and terraces on the floors just above ground level.
8 Wellesley Residences at Yonge is gearing up to launch early this year. Once complete, the building will offer 599 residences in this quickly-intensifying area of Downtown Toronto. Suites in the building will be available in studio to three-bedroom layouts ranging in area from 315 ft² to 1,300 ft².
Additional information and images can be found in our database file for the project, linked below. Want to get involved in the discussion? Check out the associated Forum thread, or leave a comment in the field provided at the bottom of this page.
