Approaching the one-year anniversary of the big reveal of the Untitled Toronto development in Midtown Toronto, planning, marketing, and sales continue for the Reserve Properties and Westdale Properties residential complex on Broadway Avenue that has recording artist Pharrell Williams working with architects IBI Group and interior designers U31 on the project's aesthetic. Today, we're catching up on what can be learned from the latest marketing material for the complex, both inside and out.
Complementing the assortment of static marketing renderings of Untitled Toronto, a recent series of posts on the project's official Instagram account adds some motion to the visuals, and offers a better sense of life inside. Below, an aerial view sets the tone with a taste of the architectural design, with the exterior ripples based on the waveform of Pharrell's Top 40 single 'Gust of Wind'.

Another exterior view shows the towers of Untitled rising above a local park, a nod to the various green spaces found throughout the surrounding neighbourhood.
Untitled Toronto's connection to the natural will be carried both inside and outside, including the forecourt featuring trees and a water feature shown below.

The theme carries over to the fitness centre, which features wide expanses of glazing that fill the space with natural light, while offering views looking out onto a meditation garden.
The Japanese-inspired minimalism of the amenities is best displayed in the wellness centre, where residents will enjoy a spa and indoor-outdoor swimming area featuring floor-to-ceiling glass screens separating the pool's two sides, framing a thirty-foot water feature flowing into the pool.
