Sales are underway for the second phase building in The Thornhill condominium complex from The Daniels Corporation and Baif Developments at Bathurst and Beverley Glen. The 15-storey Kirkor Architects-designed condo tower dubbed The Beverley is set to include a range of suite types from one to three-bedroom plans, including a limited series of townhomes with private entrances along the site's Beverley Glen Boulevard frontage.

The Townhome Collection at The Beverley is offering a set of two-storey towns, available in eight layouts, each offering at least two bedrooms and three bathrooms. The project's website shows a range of roomy layouts, ranging in area from 1,269 ft² to 1,728 ft².

At the smaller end of the range, The Cassia is a two-bedroom plan offering 1,040 ft² of indoor area, along with a 198 ft² terrace on the ground floor and a 31 ft² terrace on the second floor, for a combined indoor/outdoor area of 1,269 ft².

At the larger end of range, The Fleur is a three-bedroom+den layout offering 1,471 ft² of indoor living space, as well as 226 ft² and 31 ft² outdoor spaces for a combined area of 1,728 ft².

The first and second phases are set to be followed with mid-rises of six storeys to the north and 12 storeys to the west, introducing another several hundred units to the community. The Beverley will share amenities and a design language with the 25-storey first phase to the north.
