Hot on the heels of the successful 2019 launch of The Daniels Corporation and Baif Developments' four-building condominium complex called The Thornhill, more information is being released in the lead up to the launch of the Kirkor Architects-designed community's second phase. Dubbed 'The Beverley' for its position on Beverley Glen Boulevard at the corner of Bathurst Street, the second phase is set to rise 15 storeys, with a design complementary to the eponymous 25-storey first phase to the north.

As marketing kicks into gear for this second phase, a new rendering looks northwest across Bathurst Street to show off how the second phase will extend the design language of its taller sibling to the north, while responding to differences in area context. While the first phase along Bathurst Street includes a significant retail presence, the second phase responds to the primarily residential character of Beverley Glen Boulevard with a series of two-storey townhomes with street-fronting entrances.

Details of the second phase building are still emerging, with early marketing material mentioning a mix of one, two, and three-bedroom suites with access to a range of amenities, though the specific breakdown of unit types and details of the resident-exclusive amenity spaces has yet to be made public.

The Beverley is currently in its registration phase, with further details about the project expected to emerge in the coming months. Two more buildings are planned to follow, with mid-rises of six storeys to the north and 12 storeys to the west, introducing another several hundred units to the community.
