The 2019 launch of The Daniels Corporation and Baif Developments three-tower condominium complex called The Thornhill offered a first glimpse at the development planned at Bathurst Street and Beverly Glen Boulevard, just beyond Toronto's northern city limits in Vaughan. Following a successful reception of the eponymous first tower in the Kirkor Architects-designed community, the team behind the project is gearing up to launch a second tower dubbed 'The Beverley' for its position on Beverley Glen Boulevard.

Contrasting the first phase's retail frontage along Bathurst Street, The Beverley would meet its Beverley Glen frontage with a row of street-fronting townhomes, keeping with the residential character of the blocks to the west, where lower-density residential uses make up the primary built form. Behind the townhomes, the tower will rise to 15-storeys. The 25-storey first phase is to rise just to the north.

The Beverley will follow the first phase's initial 313 condominium units with an additional 207 units in a range of suite sizes, from 462 ft² up to 1,046 ft², and priced starting from the low $400,000s. More units will be released in the two final mid-rise buildings at the site, one rising 12 storeys from the site's north end and another rising six storeys from the west side.

The Beverley is now accepting registrations, and more details about the second tower will be released in the coming months as marketing kicks into gear.
