Over two years into construction of Wesley Tower at Daniels City Centre, the latest phase of The Daniels Corporation's City Centre community is now rising tall at Confederation Parkway and City Centre Drive in Mississauga. The two-tower, Rafael + Bigauskas Architects-designed condominium complex is now impacting the area's skyline from various angles, while construction milestones are being passed seemingly every month now.

The complex's taller 43-storey tower had risen 16 storeys at the time of our last update in early January. Forming has been moving along steadily in the weeks since, with an additional ten floors now having taken shape, the taller tower standing well over halfway towards its final height at 26 storeys. Cladding installation, meanwhile, has also advanced in recent weeks, rising from the 13th floor up to the 16th.

Wesley's shorter 19-storey tower, below, at left, was in the process of topping out when we last checked in over a month ago, while its cladding was being installed above the podium levels. These finishes now stretch as high as its tenth floor. Cladding installation is also moving along for the complex’s townhomes on the northwest edge of the site. Panels of precast concrete with brick finishes now cover large areas of the townhome elevation. These finishes will tie the townhomes in with the brick-clad townhomes built into the base of an adjacent condominium complex to the immediate east.
