Last month, we took a look at the suite layouts coming to The Thornhill, a new three-tower condominium complex in Vaughan from The Daniels Corporation and Baif Developments. Located where Beverly Glen Boulevard intersects with Bathurst Street a couple kilometres north of the Toronto city limit at Steeles, the first phase of the Kirkor Architects-designed complex will introduce an initial 313 suites to the site, ranging in area from 460 ft² up to 1,487 ft².

While only one rendering of a suite interior has been released so far—showing large windows providing ample natural light—a list of suite features included on the project website details what will be going into the suites. Principal living spaces will have approximately 9-foot ceiling heights and smooth ceiling finishes. Laminate flooring will be included in many of the suites' spaces, while bathrooms will feature porcelain tile flooring.
Kitchens are set to feature either an island or peninsula with quartz countertops and dining accommodations, cabinetry with integrated under-cabinet valance lighting and soft-close hardware, single bowl stainless-steel under-mount sinks with single-lever, pull-out faucets, and tile backsplashes, all illuminated by track lighting. Stainless steel appliance packages differ depending on suite size, with different packages aimed at suites both larger and smaller than 1,000 ft².

Bathrooms at The Thornhill will offer low-consumption toilets, bathroom vanity and one-piece sinks with chrome faucets and integrated basins. An acrylic deep soaker tub will include wall tile surround up to ceilings, and clear tempered framed glass shower stalls with full-height tile surrounds with chrome plumbing. Other bathroom features include light sconces above frameless vanity mirrors and pot lights within the tub/showers.
