Lifetime Developments and Pinedale Properties are bringing a two-tower condominium complex coming to the southwest corner of Toronto's King and Dufferin intersection called XO Condos. The Core Architects and Turner Fleischer Architects-designed buildings will rise 17 and 14 storeys high, with the 14-storey first phase now in sales. The project offers a total of 307 suites in a range of layouts from 450 ft² to 1,250 ft² in area, starting from the low $400,000s, and the floor-plans below offer a taste of the variety of layouts up for grabs.
Towards the more compact end of this range, Suite X586 is a 586 ft² one-bedroom+flex space layout centred around an open concept living/kitchen/dining room. Available on levels 5 through 14, this layout’s fifth-floor plan offers an 134 ft² terrace with south views, while the units following this floorplan on levels 6 to 14 would feature 54 ft² balconies with south views.
Stepping up in size, Suite X801 is a two-bedroom+den layout at 801 ft². This layout offers two bedrooms including a master with ensuite bathroom, a second bathroom, a den, and a combined open concept living/kitchen/dining room. Found exclusively on the 14th floor, this unit offers a sizeable 207 ft² terrace offering views to the east.
The largest suite currently listed on the project’s website, Suite X1253 is a three-bedroom+den layout at 1,253 ft². This suite, also exclusive to the 14th floor, features two bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms, a third bedroom, a powder room, a den, and a massive wraparound terrace. Measuring 1,034 ft², this terrace's floor area almost doubles the suite's living space for a total of 2,287 ft².
As sales for the project progress, construction is already on the horizon, expected to begin early in 2020 with the first occupancies targeted to take place as early as Summer, 2022.
