More details about Monza Condos has been released as marketing advances for the striking mid-rise condo project planned for St. Clair Avenue West in Toronto. The 9-storey StudioAC and +VG Architects designed building from developer The Benvenuto Group will bring 76 units to the Oakwood and St. Clair area, in a variety of layouts with prices ranging from the low $500,000s up to $1.5M. Last month, we got a first taste of the project's common spaces, and today we're back for a closer look at the indoor and outdoor amenities that will be available to building residents.
We took a brief look at the building's lobby in last month's feature, where residents and visitors will get their first glimpse of the building's interior design by Patton Design Studio. The lobby space—featuring a wood-grained backdrop with backlit geometric shapes that reference the exterior massing—will offer residents a concierge service, and a lobby lounge.
A diagram of the ground floor plan shows other spaces, like mail and package rooms, a management office, and a fitness centre containing cardio and resistance training equipment.
Several more amenities will be located on the top floor. Inside, residents will have access to a rooftop lounge that connects with an outdoor terrace offering a bbq station, al fresco dining spaces, a patio lounge with sun beds and other seating.
