This week's Throwback Thursday takes us back two years for a view of a new condominium development on Toronto's Sheppard Avenue West, just west of Bathurst Street. Back in July 2017, construction was underway at the site of Diva Condo, a nine-storey, KFA Architects-designed condominium development from Torbel, with the building then rising over four storeys at its tallest point.

A view from the end of May 2019, captured from the exact same angle, shows the completed development. Diva has since added 107 new homes to the neighbourhood, featuring an exterior of precast concrete, brick, steel and glass.

We will return next week with another look at the changing face of Toronto.
